Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit Policy: All clients are required to pay 50% of the service cost as a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment. This policy helps us honor our time and create space for those committed to their care. Details: - The deposit will be applied to your total at checkout. - Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled or rescheduled 24+ hours in advance. - Appointments not confirmed with a deposit within 24 hours will be released.
